How It Works
I take a quick photo of your guest so they can spend their time enjoying the party. I paint live, on-site, and create a display with the guest portraits. Guests pick up their custom portraits as they’re completed.

I typically illustrate about 8 to 10 guests an hour, which is perfect for 30 to 50 guests over a 3 to 5-hour event.

I love a busy party! For larger corporate events, I suggest creating a VIP tier or gift-with-purchase promotion for guests to receive a custom illustration. This helps ensure that guests enjoy a smooth and personalized experience! For weddings and private celebrations, I offer packages where I complete your guest portraits in my studio and ship them to you.

Each guest portrait is painted on 5×7-inch premium watercolor paper. This size is perfectly portable for guests to carry home, and is also lovely to frame! Each portrait is packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve.

To book a date, a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed event agreement are required. Contact me to share details of your event. After we talk specifics, I’ll send along the agreement and deposit invoice.

Booking at least four to six weeks in advance is a good rule of thumb. But if you have an event coming up soon, feel free to reach out. I might have availability!

Yes! I’m based in the Philadelphia area I’m available for events in the Northeast Corridor and nationwide. Travel fees apply (travel, accommodations and per diem) and will be included in your quote.
